When I create my reports in BO, I need to see data from 2000 to 2001. However, I need to use a data value in a calculation that is pulled from 1999. Is there any way I can have my report date range be in the year 2000 or 2001 yet still use data from 1999 in the report?

For example: I'm reporting on product specifications.
- The user enters the date range he wants to see (2001)
- The spec limits for the product were stored in 1999
- I need to display a piece of 1999 data even though the report is for 2001.

It is hard to be specific without seeing the exact structure of the data. You can use @prompt to bring back a range based on a single year entry. Eg. if you defined a condition which defined a range using BETWEEN @Prompt -1 AND @Prompt. You will still need to distinguish between data from the two years to stop it just merging.

If you post more detail on the nature of the data and the query I might have some other ideas.
