How do I upload professionla recording to Partner Messaging

Hi Everyone, I got great help with my question yesterday so I think I should ask this as well.

We are getting professional recording of our company message for day and night menu, they will be sent to me in mp3 or some other audio format. How do I then get them uploaded/recorded to our phone system. We have Partner ACS R7 and Messaging R6.

The file has to be a WAV file in the format of: Bit Rate: 13kbps
Channels: 1 (mono)
Audio Sample Rate: 8kHz
Audio Format: GSM 6.10

Once you have your recordings in that format, you can upload it by going into the Partner Messaging Admin software. Once you login, Navigate to Auto Attendant 1 and select the day or night greeting. On the right hand side of th screen you will see the auto attendant recording and how many seconds it is. Select it and then you will see an option to import the recoding. Navigate to the file and select ok.

Just a pointer for anyone who will need to conver any kind of format to GSM 6.10, I used Audacity (freeware) and it worked flawlessly.
