How do I upgrade the IP phone firmaware on a BCM50 1.0

My IP phones are running 0604D4B. Will the new 0604DAD work on this system and if so how do I load it on the BCM so I can push it to the phones. I can't find anywhere in the EM to do this?

My phones reset for no apparent reason and then are unable to connect to the BCM, I have to unplug them and leave them off for at least 30 seconds. Have verified all connections are good.

Apply firmware patch 106 (got from Nortel/vendor) to BCM50 first,next then apply core patch IN THIS ORDER else you will loose all its programming. Reboot BCM50 then force the firmware to the IP sets. IP sets got the firmware from the S1 server ie BCM . Does that make sense ?

Unfortunately no, that patch was not available. I have not been able to update the firmware on the phones as of yet. I did install about 20 patches on my system which seem to have eliminated several problems and the phone has not been resetting to my knowledge since.
