When I do an

> instfix -i | grep AIX_ML

I get a lot of "Not all filesets for ??? were found". So to find out what is missing I did

> instfix -ivk 4330-01_AIX_ML | grep not | grep ":" (replacing the 01 with all the various ML levels)

What I have found is that my bos.adt.samples fileset is only at 4.3.3.0, and I am supposed to have ML 11 installed (meaning that the fileset should be at 4.3.3.76.)

How is the best way to get this fileset upgraded to the correct version? do I have to go through all the interim steps to satisfy all the ML, or is there a way for me to get bos.adt.samples up to 4.3.3.76 in one step?

All updates are cumulative. meaning that the highest level will also contain the updates from previous levels. To get bos.adt.samples up to 4.3.3.76 then you just apply that update.

Ok - now I just need to get that fileset off of the ML 11 media and get it all corrected.

Thank you for your reponse.
