How do I unlock a vector 1

I was changing a vector and my network connection dropped, now when I try to change it I get the message that it is locked. Any idea on how I can unlock it?

Is the command (change vector) in use or is the vector actually locked? If the command is in use do 'status login' and look for your login that has the command active. On the right-hand side there is a number assigned to the login. Do 'reset login x', where x is the Login ID (number).

Thanks, the system must have timed out the connection and now it works.
