How do I uninstall and reinstall Dial-up-Networking 2

Since reinstalling Windows 2000 and all my software on a new hard disk, I have been unable to access the Internet. My ISP says that I need to uninstall and reinstall Dial-Up Networking, specifically the TCP/IP stack. How do I do the uninstall/reinstall?

in add and remove programs the second tab is windows stuff its in there that you remove it and restart and go back there and add it it will then reinstall it for you So long and thanks for all the fish.
