How do I Uncompile an MDE type database??????? 1

Sorry, you can't do it.
You need to get the form from the original mdb file that the mde was created from.
(When the mde is created it is a copy of the mdb - the original file is not changed in any way). If this file is no longer available, you will need to re-create the form in a new mdb.
