how do I take kodak out of startup? 2

I have a computer that has kodak software on it that needs to stay on it but I want to keep it from starting automatically at boot up? I think msconfig works in other OS's but it doesn't seem to work in Windows 2000. Thank you for any help that you can give me.

Msconfig does work on windows 2000 just have to download it and put it in the windows folder.
