How do I stop Windows folder being created in Homefolder (Citrix)

We have a number of Citrix users which are getting a windows folder being created in their home drive containing win.ctx, win.ini etc.

How do I stop this directory from being created as it is causing problems with permissions being reset etc ???

System is Winnt Term Server 4.0 SP6 and Citrix Metaframe XP

Please can anyone assist with this as it is urgent ????

What do you mean by "home drive"? "home folder" or "local hard disk"

If you mean "home folder", it sounds like their (term server) profile path might be the same as their home directory path. In either case, look at the profile in usrmgr.exe.

Thanks for the update. We have not specified any terminal server home directories or profiles. They are using standard userprofiles (roaming) and the home directory (server based).

Does anyone know how to reconfigure/stop the windows folder being created on the users home drive (contains win.ctx, system.ctx etc).

Any help/suggestions would be great. !!!!

Is the "Windows" directory in the user profile? I have set up roaming profiles and have the "Windows" directory there (which is automatically created). If that is the directory you are referring to, then I beleive there is a way to do this. Just write back.

And if you're having trouble determining whether this "Windows" folder is in the user's home directory or profile directory, just take a look in Active Directory and select the user's name and check out the profile tab or the terminal services profile tab under properties.
