How do I start Oracle Enterprise Manager

As my knowledge, OEM is a Windows NT application. Currently its not available for unix. Also, the Oracle 8i Enterprise Server package does not include this component.
Just installed OEM to an NT machine, create Net8 connection and than you can use it.
