how do i setup web based callpilot

hi,

i've got the call pilot 100 system and i'd like to try the web based vm management (since i have not been able to set up anything else). I have the vm IP, but i'm not sure what else i need to do to get into call manager via the web.

any advice is greatly appreciated.

do i really need a laptop to connect to my call center manager? i thought i could do this with just a web browser...

Plug the CallPilot into your hub/switch. Input the CallPilot IP address into your web browser and it will come out. Make sure your PC is on the same subset as the CallPilot. i.e. if the CallPilot is 192.168.0.1 your PC must be 192.168.0.2-254

yes you can do it with just a browser ...(the browser has to be on a PC(WINTEL) or a MAC or LINUX ...or whatever)

the default settings are 192.168.110.10 with 255.255.255.0
