How do I setup FTP Server

Can some tell me how I can use or setup FTP Server on Windows 2003 Server. I am using an AS/400 machine that will send a file through ftp down to my Windows 2003 Server, but I don't know how to setup the FTP Server (on Windows 20003 Server) to recieve the file from AS/400.

You will need to install ISS as an ftp server, or if you want more control use a program like Serv-U.
