How do I set-up Call History, Speed Dial on Mitel 5540 Console and also incoming trunk Calls to return to the Operator after un-answered 10 ring after transfer.

The returning of the calls to the Operator after 10 rings would be the unanswered transfer recall timer in the class of service of either the trunks or the console. Can't remember which would control it but would start with the COS of the 5540.

An apple a day keeps the doctor away. Anyone else and you need to throw it harder.

Hello,

I'm not aware of Call History or Speed Calling (Speed Dial) being features of the Mitel 5540 IP Console. Call History is only support on 5000-series IP Phones and on the 5550 IP Console (PC-based console). Speed Calls can be programmed system-wide via the Speed Call form on the Mitel MiVoice Business (MCD) or Abbreviated Dial form of the SX-200 ICP (depending on which system you have).

As for the last question, we would need to know which system you have (MCD or SX-200 ICP) and where the calls are going now (and how). Calls can be redirected a number of different ways - all depending on the system type.

Mitel 3300 MXe 111, MCD 4, Programmed Trunk is SIP Trunk with answering point the 5540 Console(extension 500)
