How do I set the extension for the Night auto attendent tree?

Our message has a part that says:
press 1 for a dept (goes to ext 300)
press 2 for b dept (goes to ext 301)
press 3 for c dept (goes to ext 302)
press 4 for d dept (goes to ext 303)

I believe you are suppose to hit feature ** 266344 to get to programming area, but I am not sure where to go to change lets say press 3 to go to extension 310.

Any help in solving this would be greatly appreciated :)
 
no thats not where you go ...

you go into featuer 983 ...choose CCR and change path 3

this will be in the voicemail guide
 
No I don't believe this would be the area in which these changes would apply
You would have to do this within your voicemail system and change the path of that transfer mailbox to ext 310 instead of 302..more info on type of system both PBX and VM would be good to know..
 
Thank you for your reply senk1s instruction looks like it worked, before changes it did display the wrong extension I made the changes to the right one. Hope it works.

You must disable the ccr make your changes and then re-enable it. If you did not disable the ccr tree before making your changes, your changes will only APPEAR to have been made.
