I can't get the CLID table to send a specific #. I can get it to add the area and office code I need but it always uses the phone DN. These are going over a tie then out a PRI at the other location. We are trying to use ext. 6133 on the outbound ID instead of the DN. Everything works but we can't get the DN replaced.

You know, I think you might need to change the route from TIE to DID to get the CLID to send - I'm not certain.

TIE and DID are somewhat interchangeable - worth investigating in your scenario.

Not sure if I am answering the question but I'll give it a shot.

Create the scr key 0 XXXX D

— When the character "D" is entered, the
system searches the DN keys from key 0
and up, to find a DN key with a CLID table
entry. The CLID associated with the found
DN key is used.

This presumes your have scr 6133 on one of the buttons

I read the downloaded info and followed the first example. This was routing the calls out over a branch using NRS and in the SPN I needed to set CLTP to NATL. It was at none and the calls were treated as UDP or CDP calls and always used the ext. #.

Using element manager for making changes to the ESN is a lot easier since it shows all available prompts.

Thanks for the downloads and help Greg.

Yes, that's the best documentation I've seen for a while. Great job!
