I am very new to Crystal (it came as our default report writer with an application we purchased) and I'm looking for a way to print a "contract" for a particular order and that order only. Each order has an order number. I've created a "contract", but every time I print - it prints all records. How do I get it to print only the current or active record?

I know it's probably something very simple, but any help would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks

Thanks stormtrooper, but I don't want to have to enter any numbers while selecting that record. I think what you're saying is {orderno}="L001234" <-(our orders are alphanumeric) if that is the order I want to print. Or maybe you're suggesting a parameter for this, either way I don't want to enter anything. The way our system works is there is a grid (like an excel work sheet) listing all of the current records/orders. All we have to do is right click on that record/order and select "print contract". Nothing else - it automatically knows this is the record. We have other reports that print from the right click menu and they print just a single record/order. I've checked them and can't find anything that seems to control this. What am I missing?

Thanks again.
