Hello there,
Currently Supervisors do not have to 'login' to their phones. Of course, this proposes a problem when agents go to their desks and use their phones when they are gone. Is there a way to restrict these phones when our Supv leave for the day? FAC or should I just have a login for the Supervisors and how do I do that?

Thanks for your help and have a great day!

Cheryl

You can use time of day restrictions, this will restrict the phone to settings you define unless the user enters an authorization code to by-pass the restrictions.

From ACP Release 10 and higher you can use "station lock" which locks the station to another COR by pressing a button. Check the COR's page 2 and the feature access codes for the station lock code or programm a button on the station. Also the station will need a station security code. Hope this helps, if you need more info on station lock, lemme know!

Kind Regards,
