How do I reset the bootloader password? I have the Grub bootloader.

For the Grub password you'd probably have to make a boot floppy, get the machine up then you can use the grub util to change the password.

For the root password, you'd have to go look up Single User mode.

Where can i get a bootable grub utility on floopy or cd?

Can you explain your situation in a better way?
The easy way - if you can log in as root - edit the /etc/grub.conf (or wherever it is) and just remove the line with the password. That's all
Or you can boot in single mode and repeat the same procedure.
