Anyone that knows how to reset the APPL_IP_ID in LD 48?

I have changed IP-address on M1 and CallPilot (labsystem). The Elan ID in LD 48 does not activate. M1 expect an request from the old IP-address registered in LD 48. The only solution that I know is to make a SYS on M1 to clear the APPL_IP_ID.

Thanks!

Javier, this does not clear up the Application IP ID in LD 48.

dis/elnl elnk in LD 137 only disable/enable the ethernet link on CPU.

The application IP id in ld 48 does not come from the PBX. It is the IP address of the application that is using the ELAN. What application are you using CallPilot Symposim or what? If it is CallPilot, did you change the CallPilot IP ELAN address to corespond (ie same subnet) to the new IP address on the PBX ELAN? The IP address displayed in LD 48 will be the CallPilot ELAN IP address.

Disable the elan(may have to disable the elnk in 137 first to disable it) if not already disabled.

Go into ld 17, out the vas and elan associated with the application. Rebuild the elan and vas. Enable the ELAN and it should populate with the CallPilot IP address(given that you re-ran the configuration wizard in CallPilot to change the Elan address and the switch IP address).

Also, if you have multiple elans, make sure that SECU=YES on the Vas. This will allow for any VAS to be used by CallPilot, Symposium, et al. Otherwise, a common problem that people have is that they will name an ELAN CallPilot or Symposium, and following a outage(power outage, service interruption, PBX reboot, et al) the first device that boots up will take the first available ELAN address, typically the Symposium taking the CallPilot's ID'd Elan. As long as SECU=YES is set, it doesn't matter which one takes which ELAN, just make sure you know by checking the IP address in ld 48 to know which IP Application is using which ELAN.

Otherwise, as stated, the only way to get the old IP address off the ELAN requires a sysload of the PBX.

before that prompt, the boot sequence had to be controlled because the symposium, would acquire the pilot sets.. drove me crazy about 4 o'clock one sunday morning. can you change cp ip address like it was a normal server or do you have to use the install "lizard"
