How do I reset a 0x32 rel. 4.1 with out losing the PRI Key Codes

I have a Nortel 0x32 with a PRI which was on storage for one year. When this equipment wass installed again recently I could not program some feature form the PRI's. The Nortel has a key Code but does not appears on records from Nortel data base.
Is there is a way of doing a program reset to default and save the key code in order to reprogramm again the PBX?

The only way to handle this is to have the 23 digit key code that was originally on the system, and reload it.

Unless for some ungodly reason the system ID changed, in which case you are totally out of luck. If you purchased the equipment and keycode from an authorized Nortel dealer they MAY be able to assist you more.

Sorry, that would be a 24 digit keycode. Not 23.

USE EXTREME CAUTION!!! If you try and go from directly from 4.1 to 7.0 you may loose all key codes and change the system sn. You must first go to 6.1 or use the upgrade tool!!

True! Since he doesn't have a PRI or MCDN keycodes in a R1T1 it isn't an issue.

But just in case: going to 5.0 with an upgrade tool should be fine.

After sitting on a shelf for a year all data is lost so forget about any PRI codes, you dont have them any more any how

Yes, but the sys ID should remain therefore the code should still work.

This is why I always write those keycodes down on the inside cover of the system with a big fat sharpie upon installation!
