I don't know how this gap got between pages 19 and 20, but I do know it's causing problems for me. I am unable to get the page numbers to show up on page 20. Any advice on what I did to get the gap there, and how to remove it would be appreciated.

Hi,

Toggle on the Show/Hide document control codes.

Look for a stray Hard Page Break.

I must be missing something because I can't for the life of me find anything on Show/Hide document control codes. And when I do a search for Hard Page Break in Publishers Help, it doesn't return any results that have to do with page breaks.

I confess, I never looked at your jpg.

But it would have helped you and me, if you had initially stated the application, as I assumed, quite incorrectly, that you were referring to MS Word.

I did state the application in my initial post

DUH! There it is, big as life! Sorry! [blush]

Thats ok...

Just want to try an figure out how in the heck to get that gap outa there.

It's a new section. To delete it, put your cursor on page 20, Insert - Section and clear out the box next to "Begin a section with this page".
