How do I remap citrix client keys

I need the clients to use ctrl+F1 to work with the published application but It currently activates the ICA client's start menu within a citrix session. Does anyone know how to accomplish this task by changing the hot key mappings?
I am a Citrix novice and I would appreciate any assistance you could offer.
Our platform is Citrix XP feature release 1 on Windows 2000 servers and clients.

Open up the Citrix Program Neighborhood, go to Tools-> ICA settings. Click on the "Hotkeys" tab and you can remap the keys. You can also go in the appsrv.ini and change the settings.
