How do I reject smtp e-mail from people outside of my domain

I have several e-mail addresses that I need to reject e-mail from. This would be e-mail generated by a remote client sending to my domain. I need to have the ability to set this up on the server side (Exchange 5.5).

Can this be even be done??

Example

abc@domain1.com is sending me mail at xyz@domain2.com

How do I set up my exchange server to reject all mail recieved from abc@domain1.com
Just this account not the entire domain.

Do I need to relay through a Unix sendmail box to get this functionality ?

Yes you can filter from either a single email account or domain provided that you have at least Exchange 5.5, service pack 2.

Open up Connections-Internet Mail Server and click on connections. In the bottom center you will see message filtering button. Click on new and add the user account. Remember though that you will have to stop the IMS service and restart it.
Good luck
