My PC just hangs when I boot up..

How do I roll back to the settings of my PC that works?

If the adjustments were made in the bios then just reset best performing defaults in the bios, if software overclocked in Windows, then start in safemode and reset back to standard settings.
If you can't get into the bios then you might need to use the cmos clear jumper (or remove the battery for 5 mins) to set bios back to default settings.
