How do I raise the 4GB RAM limit on Win2003Std? 1

If I remember correctly, there's a .INI file you can download or modify and a registry entry to add or change to allow 8 GB RAM on a Win 2003 Std server.. does anyone have specifics on this question?
 
My boss is convinced there is a way to do this (I think he's desperate to NOT buy another server, big surprise!!) and I seem to remember reading about it somewhere as well..

You boss may have thought that you can because he has read something like this:


You would think that an education system would know or revise their SLA to make sure that they are not putting out "false" information. (look at the 1U Premier and 2U premier)

Dell states that (when choosing 8 GB of RAM) that you can only chose up to 4 GB of RAM.
 
Thanks tfg13.. Looks like it can't be done on 2003 std..
Might have been 2000 he was thinking of.
