How do i put pages together exp 1-16 in CS?

Hallo everyone
I'm a new user of Adobe InDesign CS. I've made a book that contains many 2-spread Indesign files in it .Now i have to send it to the printing-press and i need to put the pages together like 1with16 or 2with15 (sorry don't know the eng. word).
Is there a quick way to do this? Can InDesign make this by it self without me having to move one by one the pages?

This is called imposition.

In order of okay to best functionality:

1) grab a free 'build booklet' script or two from http:studio.adobe.com.

2) purchase the PageMaker plugin pack from adobe.com.

3) purchase InBooklet from ALAP.com

Ive done it like this:

While no document is selected, go to FIle New Book. A new pallet will appear for Book Making, typicaly you use this for chapters... Import the document and the book settings wizard will walk you through the compiling of fronts to backs.

See if InBooklet SE (it's an Imposer for just such a purpose) didn't come with your copy of ID3 - Mac. It came with mine.

Most printers do their own imposing. I've never done it because every single printer I've ever sent stuff to has specified that they'd impose.
