how do i program the IP PKM 12 as a secondary device 2

Installed the module on the 5330 phone and programmed the buttons but unit is not working.
how do i program the pkm 12 as a secondary device against the proper extension, please

is the phone a fixed user
you cant assign the PKM to a hot desk user account .

If I never did anything I'd never done before , I'd never do anything.....

At the form 'Multiline IP Sets' you can add a PKM 12 module. (Auxiliary module).
