My form runs a macro that first opens a report. I would like the user to be able to look through the report on the screen and then proceed to another report (opened from the same macro) at his/her leisure. Is there a "wait" or "pause" action that I can use in my macro?

Thanks

Drew

Drew,

If you open the reports in Print Preview mode. The users of your application can then view the data in the reports for as long as they like and decide if they actually want to print the report or not.

Thanks Steve,
I open the report in the print preview mode, view it and then I want to the macro to continue on and print preview a completely different report. I need a pause/wait in-between the two reports.

If you are going to be viewing the same reports in the same sequence, you can place the OpenReport command for the 2nd report in the Close Event of the 1st report. Then you'd only need the one OpenReport Action in the Macro.
