how do i passing data from textbox into listbox 1

Set the values using:
form.selectBoxName.options = form.textName.value;[index].value
The 'options' you wrote to contain the items in the menu are stored in the options sub-array of the select box. You can also change the text which is showing, by altering 'text', instead of 'value'.
