Help! How do I out 2250 console phone? Tried LD20 out 2250, and it doesn't work. I have 3 operator phones (option 61C), I need to out the 2250's because I am sending everything to Symposium now and have built them I2004's.

Thanks for your help.

This is an Analogy so don't take it personally as some have.

Why change the engine if all you need is to change the spark plugs.

You out them in LD 12

OK, so
Ld 12
out
2250
<TN number>

and that is it?

If I out the 2250's, do I need to out the PWR's? Also, outing 2250's means that everything defaults to NIT, correct?

Thanks,

OK, so 5710 goes to NIT just fine. But when you dial 0 it goes to voicemail. I want the NIT to go into a CDN, but it will not allow me to do that. So, I tried to put in the ACD number that I just built for the new operators and that gives me a busy signal. (I have the ACD NCFW into the CDN that I would like it to use for Symposium purposes). What the heck?

Pressing 0 is the problem right now. I would like for when someone presses 0 internally that it routes to 5710 or the new CDN which is 4860. Any thoughts?

Thanks,
Stormy

i would make any numbers i wanted to route blank.. ld 15 att data, change atdn to a unused number.. then use maxp 1 acd's to route the numbers... did's can be changed via idc in ld 49.. att data can be printed in ld 21
