How do i obtain the last modified date of an SQL table

Is there a way to obtain the last modified date of a table in sql.

 
Sort by date Sort by votes
Not unless you have set up some sort of trigger to keep track of it.

We have a field called "LastUpdated" of type DATETIME and keep updating it every time the row is updated.
