How do I move a mailbox - or reinitialize one?? We had 3 people move from one desk to another and I have renamed the phones, but how do I make the mailboxes go to the new phone owner? I think it would be simplest to just delete the three old mailboxes and let each person initialize the mailbox as if it were new and never used. How do I put the mailboxes into the "unused" condition?

You would typically want the people to keep their same extension number, especially if voice mail is involved. Just renaming the phone does not change an extension number. The best way to accomplish what you are describing is to have your vendor physically change the wiring at the phone board. If you just rename the phones calls will not go where they are supposed to if you are using a CCR or AA with your voice mail.

You are correct - IF we lived in a perfect world. I already made the change to the voice mail and to the after hours announments, I just could not find the directions for the mailboxes. I did find it. Feature 982 I think it was.
