Exchange System Manager --> Administrative Groups --> Domain Name --> Servers --> Server Name --> First Storage Group --> Right click Mailbox store: all tasks
if you're havig trouble mounting the database, goto the database properties, select the database tab, check this database can be overwritten by restore.
I don't know why it works but when I was unable to mount the store that is what I did.
