How do I make an icon for a form in VB6

I would like to know what program I can use to make an icon file. If you can help please do!?!

Do you just want to associate an icon for a form? If so just click on the icon property of the form and inport an icon file.

You can do that in the Visual Studio (rather limited though) or with other tools, like MicroAngelo (this is what I use).
