Ok, I have a shared family pc with multiple profiles. Win XP Pro. One of the kids is always downloading items that tend to harm the pc. I have removed the IE shortcut and have installed firefox. I have used Public Fox to limit the downloads of exe, zip, bat, rar type files, but I need a way of shutting off the installation of files that he has already downloaded. Removing him as an admin and giving him a limited account hasn't worked. He can still execute files under his profile.
What can anyone suggest to lock him down and basically just let him do some homework on this PC?
What other info do you need from me?
