How do I load contacts in on 9630 set?

How do I load Contacts into a 9630 set and keep them when the phone reboots or when new firmware is loaded? I had a user manually input contacts on the set and when the firmware was updated the contacts were lost.

You need to backup the phone info to an HTTP server.

siriussatelliteradio do you have more detail on this process? that means I would have to have a backup for each individual phone and if I am using the same server for all phones how does the correct bkup go to the right phone. Is there a format to load contacts back into the phone.

It uses WebDAV to backup the phones.

Each phone will create a different file in the format of

xxxx_96xxdata.txt
