How do I link my Palm to a new PST file?

I created a few PST files in my Outlook. When I do a HotSync, NONE of the changes I have made to the address book, or notepad or calendar etc are synced! My old file was called 2003.pst. My new one is called 2004.pst. But Palm still tries to sync with 2003.pst.

How do I associate my new PST file with my Palm?
