We got a new EXABYTE machine but I am being asked is the SCSI HVD or LVD. Is there any command that can tell me what kind of SCSI card I am using?

Hi,

try lscfg -vp|pg or lsdev -Ccadapter...

Diamon

although that gave me much information , it didn't give me the type or enough to search IBM.
thanks though.
