I am not sure of exactly what you are looking for, but I hate it when I have to ask questions several times, so I will try to give you enough info here.
1) Most Norstar Systems do not require you to actually do any programming with respect to the addition of a CAP. It sees it automatically if you allow it to.
2) The SAP must be connected to the second pair (White/Orange) that is going to the jack where the reception telephone is.
3) The second pair must be properly connected to the second pair on the jack.
4) A two-pair flat-wire must be used between the jack and the CAP.
5) There should be a 6-wire flat-wire that you will connect between the CAP and the M7324 telephone.
Now, you should be running.
