there is certian webpages you can go to that have a drop down menu, ( i think it's called) and on some computers the menu will go down further, meaning there is less scrolling to do to view the list. I just formatted xp off and put on 2k. and now the list's are really small. any help is greatly appreciated :)

the setting you're looking for is browser dependant - opening up your page in IE5.5, I have a scrollbar; in Phoenix (mozilla), no scrollbar; in Opera (7), no scroll bar.

Perhaps upgrading to IE6 would restore it.

Better yet - download Phoenix / Opera :)

<marc> i wonder what will happen if i press this...[pc][ul]help us help![li]please give us feedback on what works / doesn't[/li][li]need some help? here's a good place to start: faq581-3339[/li][/sup][/ul][/sup]

yeah, I noticed that opera didn't have a scroll bar. I am in IE 6 however, and the bar is still there. I need it to work for IE, because there is a site I go to that is only compatible with IE.
thanks

well, it's like a game really, and it uses lots of drop down menu's, before more of the list would display, making it easy for me to click what I want, now I have this super small scroll bar, and it's hard to get to something fast. THat's the main reason i want this fixed :p

hmm, well I was just told by someone who had the same problem, that only XP users using IE have the list in full display. any earlier versions don't. :( maybe I can still find a way to do it.
thanks anyways.
