how do I "import" SQL Server 7 databases into MSDE?

My question is, how do I &quot;import&quot; SQL Server 7 databases into MSDE? I somehow need to get the databases in my SQL Server 7 into files that I can store on a cd-rom together with MSDE. Once I've installed MSDE on a computer I need to &quot;import&quot; the SQL Server 7 databases into MSDE.<br><br>First I need to know how to make my SQL Server 7 databases into some kind of files, and then I need to know how to import these files into MSDE.<br><br>I'm really thankful for any help!<br><br>-Jonas
