How do I go about moving Uid & Gid to another...

Linux server running the same OS version 2.1AS? I built another Linux server indentical as my first server and I would like to bring over all the users and groups over without having to manually adduser one at a time. Is this even remotely possible? Anyone out there had done this before?

Moving the users is less of a deal.. /etc/passwd and others.
It's the user files, their installed preferences, etc... rather large PITA.
