How do I give the movie an oldtime-look in premiere pro

Is it any effect in Adobe Premiere Pro 1.5 which give the clips on the timeline an oldtime-look??? (A effect that make the picture brown and scratchy)

Have you tried the Magic Bullet plugin that comes with PPro?

No, I have not heard about that effect. Is it a plugin you have to pay for??

I have existed in 15 years, but I have not found a better softwareproducer than Adobe!!!

It comes with the product. Look on your installation CDs.
