How do I get the .exe to launch to full screen? 2

Was wondering how to get an .exe file to automatically launch to full screen? At present, it opens up into a screen that's about 3inches X 4inches.

In Flash 5 see Help->Index->FSCommand action.
In Flash 4 see Help->Index->FullScreen FSCommand
