How do I get the correct .csv file format I need? 1

I am trying to create a .csv extract using Oracle Report Builder 6.0 to produce a file that will be uploaded into another system. The problem I am having is that report builder seems to be adding an extra ',' at the end of each line when it creates the .csv file. How do I stop this?

eg. I expect to see: Column1,Column2,Column3
What I am getting is: Column1,Column2,Column3,

The system I am trying to load the file interprets the additional ',' as an extra column and refuses to upload the file.

I have checked on metalink and there is a bug (1764362) and the issue is resolved by installing version 6.08.16.0
