how do I get ser# for installed agents

Backup Exec doent work that way. When you install a remote agent on any server it installs every paid agent option (exchange, sql, Domino, etc). It all depends on the Media server serial number which features are turned on/off.
The license are stored in %systemroot%\bersernum.xml file
