How do I get rid of that voice???

I'm hoping someone can help me, I want to get rid of that voice that comes on after someones voicemail message plays. The one that says "At the tone please record your message, when you are finished recording please hang up or press # for more options"

You can't change it, but you can put something else in its place by using custom prompts. Review the admin guide to give you an idea on how to do this.
