If you're using DHCP, then you can configure the dhcp server to register for you. make sure your forward and reverse lookup zones are properly configured.
In the properties for both your forward and reverse zones, be sure that Dynamic Updates are enabled (on mine the setting is "Nonsecure and secure". If your clients are using DHCP, then DHCP can be configured to update DNS. If your clients have static addresses, then Windows 2000/2003/Windows XP will update DNS; Windows 9x can not update DNS records.
