Here is the situation.

I have a CDN 6501 and here is a sample of my script

IF LOGGED AGENT COUNT skillset_cv = 0 THEN
ROUTE CALL 6999
ELSE
QUEUE TO SKILLSET skillset_cv
END IF

Now 6999 is the Voice Messaging number in CallPilot.

When the call is answered it says "CallPilot from Nortel Networks Mailbox"

There is no enter in the PBX IDC table
There is no enter in the SDN table in CallPilot

????

Is it a new setup or there is any upgrade of the PABX system? If so...i think u need a patch... p16968_1.cpp

Go to call pilot bulletin, they did mentioned about it also... The CDN number was not directed to CP.

You could configure a phantom TN directed to the CallPilot CDN and route to that. Link that number to the mailbox (either by adding it as an extension or using the SDN table).

It is a new set-up. I have created a ACD Dummy Queue and NCFW it to the CallPilot CDN. I then added it to the mailbox as an extention.

This worked.

I was hoping to get the CDN used in Symposium to go directly to a mailbox in CallPilot but I guess since it is a CDN forwarded to a CDN. CallPilot sees its own CDN and asks for a Mailbox.

Thanks

Depending on the size of your business it might be a better idea to build a phantom 500 set and dcfw the phantom to callpilot. This saves your acd ism's. Now if you want to run a report as to how many callers went to callpilot. you will need to build 1 phantom tn and 1 cdn(this will eat up one acd ism). Route the call to the new cdn and build a new script routing the call to your phantom 500 port. Add the phantom extension to your mailbox and you now have an Application that you can report on how many callers went to callpilot.

Thanks bryanata

That could be useful. I will keep it in mind.

When you execute a ROUTE CALL in a script and want it to go directly into a mailbox is there no simple way to do this? I would be looking for something like using the Express Messaging entry number a pause and then the mailbox number?
I guess this is too simplistic a solution.

Is there a way to put a timed pause in a script? I'd like to try this anyway since I am trying accomplish the same thing, send a caller to a mailbox without having to make it so complicated.

thanks all, TR

To Dummyspy,
What does this patch do.

We are running an option 61C, SCCS 5.0 and CP 2.02 and our Call Pilot PEP level is up to and including SU04

thanks, tony rico

Hello tonyrico

I was thinking along the same line of thought. I was thinking that I could do an entry in the SDN table for each CDN to go to a mailbox.

What I ended up doing was creating a ACD NCFW to the CallPilot CDN. I added the ACDN to each of the mailboxes as a extention DN
