How do I found out if my 6509 supports BI-directional spanning?

Guys,
I'm looking to mirror this port for websense? My first question is how do I know if this switch is able to allow BI-directional spanning, and how do I mirror this port if Im running Catalysts? How do I found out if this switch is catalysts or native anyhow??

My document says that I need to mirror the port that the firewall or gateway is using so mirrored port can see all inbound and outbound traffic. The port below is the port Im using for all traffic. What is my command to mirror the port below??

You will end up with something like

Switch(config)# monitor session 1 source interface gigabitethernet8/47 both
Switch(config)# monitor session 1 destination interface gigabitethernet0/4
